Oh I hope YJ gets their share of essential kits as the video image showed. In honor of N5 (and waveing good bye to Varuna) I'm jumping deep into YJ, Invincible Army first then who knows :D !

I decided to focus on White Banner. I don't know, what would wait us in sectorials, but hope, things would be mostly the same for my army and even better for Invincibles. Good luck on the missions, comrade!

Different question: CB just dropped what I thought to be their November releases into their web store without announcing them or making them pre-order. Does anyone know if that makes them October releases and we have to expect a second wave of minis for end of November? Or is that just an early release or even a general change in CB's release schedule?

I have no words to express how freaking COOL this model is and how AMAZING the paint job on the showcase model is. That camo pattern is GORGEOUS

    A good question.
Then again, what were the releases for the last couple of months?

And given the N5 starter (with any possible add-ons) is likely coming in November as the big release (two-player starters were that for the last couple of years, usually released on GenCon / August)...

    Hmm. Let me see.

    Per @Wizzy 's release-tracking thread, it was:

    August:
    • Tikbalang
    • Mechazoid Sokorentai
    September:
    • Muktar Red Fury
    • JSA Reinforcements
    • Samsa
    • Ratnik
    • Torchlight Expansion Alpha
    October
    • Neko Oyama
    • Triphammer
    • Hussein al-Djabel
    • Raveneye Officer
    • White Banner Expansion Alpha
    • Combined Army Expansion Alpha
    November:
    • Op: Sandstorm (JSA Shindenbutai / Kestrel Colonial Force)
    • limited edition Korsan
I'd treat the releases you posted as "October releases", to be available in November.
    Seems to add up.

also, the spreadsheet seems to be laggign a few months behind, you know ;)

It's been several weeks since the calendar was turned upside down, but post 1 is up to date with releases and previews, just missing a couple of preview images that I need to update.

New battle report for Infinity N5 in video by Games Night, there's lots of effects, it's like Guerre au Garage and it only lasts 20 minutes.

It was a good watch and they had a lot of fun! Infinity rules are complex and they mostly got it right. The models and the terrain was beautiful and I hope they do more!

You do not understand, half of generalist PanO just MUST consist of Kestrel forces. Deffinitely not NeoTerra, the freaking army of a CAPITAL PLANET OF THE PANOCEANIA. Because of course it does.

Makes sense vHaqq now gets Yuan Yuan.

I hope Barid cost more. They are just too cheap for how good they are.

So, the Triphammer has found a home so far. It hasn’t been seen in any v up to now. It’s assumed it’s in NA2. I’m surprised by Scarface and Cordelia though. vHaqq has up to 4 TAGs to choose from!

I feel like this is the best handled vanilla army so far. I would get rid of Yuan^2 and maybe 1-2 mercs and give them ayyar back, but this is nitpicking.

Overall, it feels like a well done job.

Ayyar, as I recently wrote somewhere, is an odd duckling in my eyes.

Though of course that's N4 opinion. We shall see - perhaps in N5 it turns out to be a beautiful swan...?

Either way, I expect Ayyar to turn up as Hassassin exclusive.

Generic misses what from Neoterra? Auxilia who are not a military unit, Hexas who seem to have surprising similarities with Blinks and Uhlan?

Just discovered that now, the army shows in what armies you could include the unit you are looking (this is Black Friar for example)

The Uhlan hurts actually. It's such a cool concept for a TAG, but instead of fixing him (replacing the HMG with a cheap CQW and bringing his points costs down to <80), it's now just gone from the game.
