    This part;
    - Sensor also grants its user, automatically and without making Rolls or spending Orders, a +6 MOD to WIP when declaring Discover against Camouflage Markers.

    When does this occur? In the active or reactive ARO turn?

    If it can be done in active, Can I discover two (Or more) camo markers who are in LoF but out of ZoC (still in discover range) and not spend any orders while walking around?

    Or is it only for ARO ?

    Thanks

    It's confusingly worded in the rules but all it means is that if you have the Sensor skill in your profile, your standard Discover rolls are at +6. You still have to declare a Discover and spend orders normally in Active turn, and since Discover is a short movement skill you treat it normally and can declare it as your first and second skill (so long as you're discovering two separate markers). You can obviously attempt to Discover in the reactive turn as well with the same +6 WIP bonus.

    The allusion to "without making rolls or spending orders" just means that you don't need to successfully perform the Sensor skill itself to get that +6 bonus to your Discover roll. You are either performing the skill "Sensor" and rolling WIP +6 to reveal markers in your ZoC on your active turn OR you are gaining a passive bonus to your Discover rolls at any time you make them.

    It could be worded in a much more straightforward way.

    It could indeed be worded a little better but it’s as @Lawson said. You can use it in either the active or reactive turn and it grants a +6 modifier to your discover.
