Seed-Embryo State question

When deploying a unit in the seed embryo state. Is the developed form/shape open or closed information?

There is an absence of any mention of Private Information in Seed Embryo rules, so it'll be open information from the moment it no longer has camouflage.

This means a cadmus has to share its profile when it hits the table right? Because does not have camo.

Correct. Also, Decoy only has a Holo2 effect, it does not have any Holo1 effect, so it can not be used to hide the profile.
