Seed Embryo and Prone

Can seed-soldiers be in prone state, while be in seed state :) ?
Otherwise, lacking concealed label on their camo makes them obvious with their S0 without prone? 0_0

Don't see any rule who forbids this.

As a possible added benefit, they'll still be prone when they hatch. :)

I’ve actually had some times I wished I deployed my seeds standing - it’s S0 behind half cover, so it’s protected, but you can declare autohatch + BS to get surprise shot in your active turn.
