Oh shit, there are several more changes I missed for that mission Killer Cold also no longer affects REMs +2 more Classifieds No more points for killing datatracker (snow ops)
In my eyes it looks like a missed part in the rule setting out of ITS12 , infiltration into the Objective Room would be to broken
Okay, so it looks like they not delete it accidently The panic room is mentioned under Mission Objectives, so it should work. I prefere the small extra line in the mission though.
Yes, but so are the quadrants in Quadrant Control for example - does that mean you can't infiltrate into them? I don't think so.
I don't think the connection that an "objective" is also an area is all that clear. It's funny though, this means that you may not deploy any unit in contact with a piece of scenery that you've designated as your D-Charge target if you have that classified.
If it does refer to "items" I think it's a bit of a stretch to apply it to an objective room. But it doesn't use the word "item", it uses "mission objective". Which could refer to the room as per @archon s post, but then that definition would include quadrants in Supremacy and Quadrant Control or the three areas in Frontline - and I don't think that is intended, as it would make infiltration not work at all in these scenarios.
Then why bother saying that those with baggage can carry two? If you can't carry your own, you can't carry two. I can understand not being able to take it from the beginning. But after the enemy has already taken it and dropped it? You can't even take it then?
Because there were missions in the previous ITS editions with more than one Beacon. And the rule is still there because it is a GENERAL rule
Thanks. This is actually good. It stops you from taking it yourself, and then for example, climb up a building with it and make it more difficult to get.
