Just noticed that Scylla Drakios and Atlanta are all listed as With steel phalanx NCO after there names Gotta say fluff wise I think by default they should get NCO.... even if it might be broken... Just wanted to see what the community thought....

I don't know if they should get it, but it sure isn't very smart to use nco for both the rule and their title, because it's confusing.

Yeah, having NCO in the title but not in the rules is.... meh.

Just like the non lt lt mentioned above.
