I just watched the original Blade Runner for the first time in a long time. (I am firmly in the 'Deckard is not a replicant and Ridley scott had no idea what he was doing' camp!) It was pretty great. The brutal chase and very graphic shootout was hella awesome. After discussing it with a friend, I thought it would be neat to somehow have a scenario that involved lots of civilians, assuming that it uses rules similar to ITS (killing a civilian gives the opponent OPs, and might make you lose the game.) I think that it would be visually interesting. Obviously, it means that DTWs and other template weapons get a bit less useful , and need more finesse. (Thereby meaning that swarm armies are harder to kill, and also harder to use since warbands often rely on chain rifles.) Any thoughts on how to make this vague scenario idea work?
