6 th Barcelona Open

The catalan Sattelite tournament

The event will be held on the 21 st and 22 nd of March 2020. It will include an Infinity
tournament, and Aristeia tournament and a painting competition.

It will be held at the Centre Civic Palmira Domenech.

Pricing will depend on the tournaments you will be participating:
25€ for the Infinity competition.
25€ for the Aristeia competition.
Add 5€ for the painting competition (any number of entries).
Add 15€.if you want to acquire the event t-shirt.

Llobregat – Barcelona.

Once your form has been sent you will receive a mail with payment instructions. Payment
is required to complete the registration process.

Registration deadline: December 1st 2019.
Payment deadline: January 1st de enero 2020.
Failing to comply to payment deadlines will vacate your place on the tournament and
open this to players on the reserve (who will have an extra week to complete their
payment).

- Infinity:
The infinity tournament will comprise 5 rounds under ITS11 ruleset.

It will be a Mid Tier tournament - 300 points 6SWCs with Tactical Window and Spec-Ops
levelled with up to 12 XP.

Classified Deck: Side Green.

All tournament list shall be uploaded following this standards:
Player nickname A / Player nickname B.

Deadline to upload lists to OTM: February 22nd 2020.

- Missions:

1. Acquisition
2. Frontline
3. Countermeasures
4. Power Pack
5. Supplies

All players are expected to provide all necessary materials to play their games. This
includes tokens, dice, cards, silhouettes, etc...

LOS marks are mandatory on all models.
Proxy usage will be allowed following ITS rulings. Any proxy shall be made clear to the
opponent, including profile and weapon loadout it’s actually representing.

- Pairings
Pairings will be done swiss style as per the OTM Manager and will be communicated to
players prior to the beggining of each round.

- Timing:
Each round will be 1:45 and controlling the time will be responsibility of both players.
Chess-clock useage is optional. Organizers will remind players of reminding time and will
be deciding whether a game should end prematurely if players exceed the time frame.

- Results
The control sheet shall be presented to the organization after each round with all data,
including victory points, survival and table.
Failure to deliver the data after the match will result in a Rest result for both players.

- Aristeia:
The tournament will be held under AGL Standard Tournament rules and will span 5
rounds.
Every player shall bring an 8 member team composition supported by a single sponsor or
nation.

The tournament will be using the following MODs and scenarios:
Mod Zlavin & AGL Circuit
NOVVY BANGKOK | HUMAN EDGE rules for all rounds.

Scenarios:

1. Massacre
2. Assault
3. King of the Hill
4. Fire Gates
5. Capture the Flag

- Pairings:
Pairings will be provided by Corvus Belli OTM and will be made public before each
round.

Winner of every match will have to report results to the organization, including Victory
Points and Frags.

Simultaneously, each team will complete the team sheet with statistics of every match.
This will be returned to the organization after the tournament so the organization can
verify and report them.

Failure to deliver the data after the match will result in a Rest result for both players.

- Timing:

- Referees in Infinity/Aristeia:
Before calling a referee it is expected from the players to know the rules and have
available a copy of them either in physical or digital format to verify any doubt. If there is
still any doubt or dispute, the game should stop and a referee be called.

Referee’s will comply to the following doctrine:

They will listen to both parts, they will check the related rules, contrast them and
determine a resulution. The objective is to resolve the situation in the fastest, most true to
rules fashion possible, and if that is not possible, offer an equanimous solution. Still
humans can sometimes fail and referees are no exception.
A referee decision is absolute and we ask you to be respectful and discuss with them in a
reasonable manner.

- Schedule:

- Conference:

If Marketing team approves, we expect to be holding Hellois hostage and force him to
talk about the upcoming ITS and AGL rules and releases.

- Painting Competition:
Will comprise the following categories:

* Best Single Miniature in 25mm base or Aristeia single
* Best Single Miniature in 40/55mm base. Kozmo, 8-ball and Maximus skins
compete in this category.
* Best TAG & Pilot (1 TAG miniature plus a pilot or autonomous drone unit).
* Best Fireteam / Aristeia Team (3 or more units that comprise a valid fireteam or
are part of an Aristeia Team). This category also allows Antipode Packs,
Puppetactica, Überfalkommando or any other unit that is deployed simultaneously.

Inscription will have a fixed price of 5€ that gives you access to participate in any
categories. You are not required to participate in any of the tournaments to
participate on the painting competition.

Figures in the competition must have never taken part in any other painting
competition.
