Welcome to our first ITS Satellite tournament in Castellón, Valencian Community, Spain, in collaboration with Dicewars, our friendly local game store! The Quantronic Carajillo Challenge! You can register to this event by clicking on the following link: Registration form Tournament spots: 40 spots expandable. Players must register to book their spot in the tourney on a first come first served basis until all spots are full. Every registration received afterwards will join the reserves list, that will also be filled the same way as the tournament spots were. All vacants on the admission list will be filled by the reserves list in the same order that were received. If you have any issues while filling the form, requests will be also accepted via email to infinitywarcorscs@gmail.com, stating on the topic “Quantronic Carajillo Challenge” and your ITS PIN, and we will guide you with what you need. Payment receipt must contain “QCC + ITS PIN” as the concept to facilitate identifying the player. It has to be sent to infinitywarcorscs@gmail.com. If the payment is not received in due time, the player will leave the spot on the tournament list. Reserve players that get in the tournament list will have up to 10 days from receiving the confirmation email to pay the registration fee. Withdrawal and refunding: Any player inscribed in the Satellite can request a withdrawal for his/her spot in the tournament, and we will refund the full price of the fee, as long as this withdrawal is reported at max before the withdrawal deadline date stated above on this document. You can report your withdrawal by email at infinitywarcorscs@gmail.com stating the player’s name, ITS nick and PIN, phone number, and refunding preference (either bank transference or bizum if available). Format: Mid tier ITS Satellite tournament without mods (300 points, 6 SWCs) Missions: Frontline Unmasking Countermeasures Supplies Mindwipe Round schedule: January 20th: Round 1 (10:00-12:15): Frontline Round 2 (12:30-14:30): Unmasking Lunch stop (14:30-16:30) Round 3 (16:45-19:00): Countermeasures January 21st:: Round 4 (10:00-12:15): Supplies Round 5 (12:30-14:30): Mindwipe Awards and closing acts (14:30) Remaining time will be announced during each round. There will be 15 minutes between rounds to receive game reports and prepare the pairings for the next round. If players at any table do not report their results, those players will get 0 Victory Points and 0 Objective Points for that round. Ruling: The rules that will apply for this tournament are the most updated Infinity N4 general rules, ITS rules, and latest FAQ published by Corvus Belli. Each player must submit up to 2 army list in the usual way, and those can either be sent by email to infinitywarcorscs@gmail.com or uploaded to the OTM. Valid profiles for each list will be considered up to January 15th. Miniatures and supplies: Each player will be in charge to bring their miniatures supplied by Corvus Belli. Conversions will be acceptable, but fraud miniatures or recasts will be not. Management holds the right to expel players who bring fraud or recasted miniatures and that can be proven. Management holds the right to not refund the registration fee to players expelled for that same reason. Also, each player will be in charge to bring and take care for the rest of the supplies neded for the game (classified mission cards, tokens, measuring tape, etc.) bearing themselves the full responsibility for its well being. Management will not take responsibility for any item lost or damaged. Arbitration: The purpose of the arbiters will be only to assist players with doubts or disputes with the rules or game situations that can lead to conflict. This assistance will try to solve the problem following as faithfully as possible the existing rulebook, ITS rules and FAQ. The main function of the arbiters will be to deal with the issue as swiftly as possible to resume the game. The judgement of an arbiter is final. Well behavior and admission rights: We hope this event is a jolly player meeting, where no disruptive or damaging behavior will be tolerated. Management holds admission rights for those players deemed problematic after at most 2 warnings. Management holds the right to not refund the registration fee to players expelled for that same reason.
