Remotes no longer require Hackers or TAG to be in army list?

Simple question, in N4 do Remotes no longer require Hackers or TAG to be in army list like they were in N3? I've gone through the rules PDF and can't spot any restrictions on fielding remotes and army 7 gives a list with no hacker or TAG but with Remotes the green tick. So is this correct or something to be quickly errata'd?

Which is weird because the army builder still seems to require a support unit.

That's a Traktor Mul, they need a Dozer to act as a controller.

what was wrong with the control device?

TAK has to take two dozers now, one for Kuryers and the other for regular mul's
