If you have an EVO that's been running Fairy Dust on HI, since the turns before reinforcements show up, will any HI a part of the Reinforcements also have Fairy Dust?

Yes. The wiki on Fairy Dust seems pretty clear: "Every Trooper of the Hacker's Army List that they belong to..."

Thanks. Yeah it seems clear but the timing is weird with Reinforcements.
