    I'd say the actual rule description takes precedence over a chart, where there might be copy paste errors and such.

    That's exactly my train of thought as well. But I'm curious if that topic ever came up and if there was a ruling by CB or IJW who supported the other interpretation.

    In any case, @ijw should be informed because that's a problem with the wiki whether or not it's a problem in the actual rules.

    Going by the PDF/Rulebook the correct answer is Hacking Area as the quick reference charts in the book do not include range, this looks like a transcription error in the chart on the Wiki.
