Outside of the cost of the reinforcement tokes and the position of cards in the available units deck are there any limits to the number of time a unit can fully return to the board or their unit be returned to full strength by reinforcement? For example Could the Cadmus hackers in mission one continue to return to the board a unlimited number of times assuming they have sufficient reinforcement tokens?
