That'll give you an Iguana and a 5 man core (which is what I assume you're going for). The Iguana is your primary attack piece, the Janissaries storm and hold the armory. You've got an engineer to support them in the event of glue/em/hacking and they bring their own doctor. Hafza lt can hide as something else and you've got a package of annoying jerks with parachutes to harass your opponent. You could ditch the bashi and give your yuan yuan some DA weapons to smash panoplies, buy a nazmat for your engineer, and upgrade the plain boarding shotgun Janissary into a ML.

But personally, I wouldn't advise mating a Janissary Fireteam with an Iguana.

 

I'd be worried that your janissaries are pretty vulnerable to hacking. If you ditch the Janissary Lt, you can get 2 hafza, one to be your lt, one to fill out the link as well as upgrade your shotgun to a shotgun w/ tinbot, but then you fall into 2 combat groups, which denies you the single group defense against command tokens.

 

Hacking could be a worry....but with the prevalence of KHD's now I see so few AHD, and if they are hacking you, they are not moving into the armory. Also that WIP14 Face to Face is good.

 

Iguana provides you with no Specialist, and fitting enough Orders into the list means you can't put any decent extras there. Fanous REMs are all nice, but my go-to Janissary Pain Train list gets a Sekban HRL Haris instead (and a sihab REM and al'Hawwa hacker).

I might be biased of course, so don't consider my words for anything more than just an opinion.

You could of course cheapen the Core by substituting one or two Janissaries with Hafzas, which in turn would put osme serious points back in your pocket, but personally I'm not a fan - the difference in survivability is just too big for my taste.

 

I would play Iggy'n'Janbois core in Limited Insertion, not sure about two groups. Still prefer Sekbans as core.

 

Sekban Core is strong. Double Chain Colts, and still BS13.

 

Odalisque Haris is definitely an offensive one.

Sekban Haris works decent as a defensive one, buildt around a HRL. BS 13 and Burst bonus? Devastating.

Then give that a try :)

 

Najjarun is unecessary. AHD programs are only temporary, and EM weapons are pretty rare.Those 23 points could be used for other things.

 

Ya a Hawwa is a good option. AHD programs only last a limited time. If your being spec fired by EM grenades, you should be able to dodge better than them more often than not thanks to SSL2
