Sooo yeah, if you read the title (thank you for being here) this is my take on the sectorial army of combined army: The sygmaa trihedron.

I don't know all the lore of it but tohaa have been one of my favourite factions since the end of N3, I love the designs and the lore behind the units and biotechnology is one of my favourite trope in all sci-fi. I will post here all the army, skecthes and profiles included that I've been creating for the past...two years or so(probably more XD).

The "general" principle by which they operate, in my opinion, has to be revenge and malice. From what I could read about them (there's not that much) the are really bitter about the orginal tohaa "empire" for continuing the war with the CA, in an endless type scenario, and I wanted to convey that with their units. I'm basing my designs on the units already existing (makreep, fraakta and greif operators) and trying to create profiles and design that could be cooherent with what CB has done with combined army.

I don't want this to be simply "tohaa ported to combined", so no pheroware and no symbiomates.

I was basically finished designing the profiles and I was starting the drawing part when N5 came out, so I had to postpone a lot XD. Anyway, I hope I'll be able to post here somewhat regularly, but in the meantime enjoy!

Here are the first drafts of designs I made(very rough sketches for silhouettes and general forms):

This is the first unit I had in mind while creating this project.

    Shaarail Corpse division

When the newly added forces of the sygmaa were introduced in the war apparatus of Combined army, their resources and personel were not sufficient to act of their revenge against the tohaa trident. The symbioscientist though, with the newly powerful help of the combined army, saw a potential to bring the war dream of the tohaa species to the next level; using discarted symbiont armour and the drone technology of the EI, the Sygmaa created a living symbiote, incased around a biosintetic body to be brought back to life. The Shaarail corpse division was born, the ultimate force to be used in war without endangering any other tohaa citizen, the shambling horde to bring their lost brother to the fold of the EI.

    YURUUL Xenokillers

When the human sphere encounter the Sygmaa Triedron for the first time, it usually in the form of the Yuruul xenokillers. These special operation forces are weapon dealers and merchants on the surface, slowly inflitrating the scene in order to sap resources, distabilize the flow of goods and in the end eliminating the targets that gets in the way. Less violent then their more direct counterpart (the Greif operators) but peraphs more cunning and devious, the Yuruul are the creeping shadows of the Sygmaa, ready to launch precise and deadly strikes while setting traps for the fleeing and pitiful humans.
