Format: Teams of 3 players where each player should have different sectorial or vanilla army. It is allowed to have up to 2 armies from the same faction eg.: PanO+NCA+OSS is ok, but Caledonia, Merovingia, USAriadna is not allowed. During the tournament each player will have opportunity to play 5 games in format 300p/6SWC with Tactical Window Extra. Tactical Window restricts the list to have no more than 15 units that generate orders (Netrod, Fusilier or Morlock generate order, Slavedrone do not generate order). Each player can have up to 2 lists of the same sectorial or vanilla Army. l Tournament will be reported to ITS. <Future Link> 3. Registration: Each participant is required to pay 70PLN per participant. Prepayment guarantees place on the event. Refounds is not allowed, but participant can pass their space to another player. Payment after 7.05.2020 is 80PLN. Team should register in the comment on FB or DataSphere forum with their name, names of players (or nicknames) and confirm the registration with prepayment. Schedule draft: 09.05- Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00 - Registration / setting up the tables. 10:00- 12.15 - Unmasking 12:30 - 14.45 - Firefight 14:45 - 16:00 - Lunch 16:00 - 16:30 - Painting competition. 16:30 - 18:45 - Annihilation 19:00- Afterparty. 10.05 - Sunday 9:45 - 12.00 - Highly Classified 12:15 - 14.30 - Supremacy 15:30 - Prize award ceremony. Ending planned at 18:00. We may change schedule if necessary. 5. General: A). Preparation: All players should upload their lists to the OTM before the tournament. • All players should have their printed courtesy and full lists with them. • All players should have a complete classified deck. • All players should also have a measurement tape, several D20 dices (at least 5), markers, templates etc. LoF markings is required on the models’ base, as per the ITS rules. • Camo markers and what they represent should be marked on the list. Same for which figure is the Lieutenant. B). PROXY: • Proxies are allowed according to ITS rules. We ask that proxied models are no more than 50% of the army. C). PAROWANIE: Challenging other players is is allowed in the first round of the tournament but only for players players from different cities. The Swiss system is applied in the following turns. Tournament pairings Teams are paired according to TTP (Teams tournament points), TP, OP, VP. TTP is similar to TP. 3TTP for the winning team if TP difference is 5 or more. 2TTP for winning team if TP difference is 1-4. 1TTP for a tie in TP 0TTP for loosing team. After selecting the teams: apitaing reveil who is playing with what army. Captains make a WIP13 FtF with D20. Winner Chooses if he is team A or team B. Captain A chooses player 1A to the game Captain B chooses player 1B to play against 1A Captain A chooses table S1 for match 1A-1B Captain B chooses player 2B to the game Captain A dostawia gracza 2A to play against 2B Captain B chooses table S2 for match 2A-2B Players 3A i 3B play on table S3. D). JUDGING: rules on LoF/ no LoF. A player with no LoF markings will always be ruled against in case of a dispute. In case of problems with 3mm of visibility - roll the dice. No intent games please. Stalling Each player has 1h for entire 3 rounds of the game. Stalling may cause penalties. New rules that may appear before the event are applied to the event. Sportsmanship. If a player misbehaves, he may receive a penalty. E). KONUKRYTY: During the event KonuKryty will be applied as a side game. Each players will receive 10 coins (KonuKryty). Each time a player wins FtF roll with a Crit (or Crits) he should give a coin to his opponent. The player who gathers most will win additional prize. F). Penalties: consecutive: 1. warning. 2. -1OP 3. -3OP 4. -1TP 5. -2TP 6. -2TP 7. Disqualify. Only ranking during event is affected, not ITS.. G). PRIZES: For the teams according to the ranking Additional random prizes. H). PAINTING COMPETITION: 2 categories. 1. Individual 3 models (no more, no less) released by CB since January 2019. the models may come from different army than played on the tournament. You may present models painted by a close family member. You may not present commissioned works. 2. Team 3 models of each army that is in the team (total of 9 models).These models must be from each army that is in the team. You may present models painted by a close family member. We ask to present your own artwork, not painting of a team member of professional. Final result will be based on the popular votes. I). ADDITIONAL "Dragon” Club is not offering places to sleep. There are other hotels and hostels in close vicinity.
