Does Pheroware Tactics use is considered as a BS attack or as an other short skill ? (targetting an ennemy in base contact with an allied will provide a -6 ?)

    Idem with jammers ?

    Thanks :) !

Idem, that's a new word for me :)

Jammers and Pheroware Tactics are Technical Weapons, Technical Weapons uses BS Attack skill to activate, so yes they would suffer the negative MOD.

Hmmm, what happens if one trooper is STR and can't be targeted by Pheroware?

Troopers with STR can be targeted, it's just not a very good way to spend your orders; Bioweapons have no effect on those targets similar to Flash Pulsing a Karakuri or Total Controlling an Avatar.
