In the Paradiso Mission 201 from Daedalus Falls is a point missing for picking up the black box:
    - you can pick up the black box from an enemy model in the IMM1/2 State.

Otherwhise the attacker would have no chance to pick up the box without getting the -4 for killing the bearer, if he doesn't die to a hostile terrain.

We played it as being immobilized fulfills the "unattended supply box" condition. It isn't written into the rules, but otherwise there's no way for the Attacker to get the box without losing 5 points. You're not likely to get an official FAQ for this since it's a campaign mission, and it's really up to the participants how they want to handle it.

I didn't want an official FAQ for that, but after I haven't red anything about that, I wanted to show that mistake.
We do too, but if somebody else will have the same problem, they can find this suggestion from the community.

Yeah it's weird because we just assumed that's what happens. I just reread it and there's no line in there about the trooper dropping the box when immobilized or anything like that, so good call there. Feels very overlooked in a scenario where the only "legitimate" way to the box is to wait for someone to march their baggage bot up and hope it trips or just accept you're going to cap out at 5 points if you play it perfectly and kill the baggage bot.
