Good for you. :) I strongly dislike Hawkins sculpt. Before March update we had two profiles for machinist, then regular machinist was removed am we were force fed curator jus for CB to sell us a new miniature. And I already have 4 HVTS from dire foes packs, I do not need another one. If grand master had an in game profile, I would not be so salty about its inclusion in this box and it would’ve made this box more appealing.
Its nice for me since I have not spent much on HVT or other packs so I find it useful for a player like me. I can see your point and how more seasoned players might not like it.
Well it is only a 3d render so the final one could come out differently when it goes to sculpting time and when it comes to characters in books to real life the creation process can be hard. Coming from a writer background and try to envision a character to life my idea as the creator/ reader can be different from you reading it as well.
To me it was a truly disappointment this box. Lately while I like the figures I have little use for then, so the box go to the "if catch the box as a price on a tournament, well, its ok, but if not, it will be on the botton of the my "shopping list". I really tought the magister will be a game profile, no an HVT MO focused.
Am I the only one that likes this box? ^^' I like Hawkins pose, I like the other two minis as well, and it's a nice box that gives similar feels to dire foes or booster pack. I'm just disappointed they didn't gave a profile to the Grandmaster unlike the morat slavemaster, but that might have be then kicking in Knight-Commander area of operation gameplay-wise.
It feels like the knight commander should have a sword it makes no sense that she is just drinking full armor and not carrying any weapon, besides that minor detail the entire set looks awesome, the curator is my favorite.
You are not alone! Don't worry! I like the models: Curator and Magister, Hawkins I have to see it. My problem isn't with the sculptures, but the profiles. -Curator: Ok, is something a lot of players told about, a specific machinist model for orders instead only a "change of name in the army". -Magister: I really like it, but I don't want another non playable model for my MO. I have too many. -Hawkins: As I said, the model until I can see the figure, I can't say "i like it", but after I played it the profile is "vainilla", if at least still had "berserk". So, I believe the problem for a lot of players aren't the miniatures but the "profiles". Best regards!
Isn't it the problem with almost all our characters in PanO? Sure, in MO we have the least vanilla of them, but it's the PanO trademark. but Hawkins is a more playable Mendoza to me. ^^'
Yeah PanO does have a character problem... maybe because all the flavor was taken up by Joan, who is arguably the best! :D
Hawkins, yet another useless MO character, and once again PanO getting screwed up with character creation. Apparently only thing PanO can get is bland characters.
