    Hello everyone,

I am not sure where to post this, and hope it does not go against the rules of the forum.

As the title of the post suggests, I am missing antennae for my PanO units. I bought two Icestorm halves online to kickstart my Infinity experience recently... and in both cases the sellers did not notice missing antennae. Because of this, I now have a bald Kamau, and two bald Nisses. The assembly service one of the sellers had used also ended up mismatching the father-knight and Orc's antennae... and so they each have one that is short, and one that is long.

Neither seller had their original complaint codes. The first one simply gave me some monetary compensation and said he hoped I could purchase another unit for the parts - that's fair.

The other, however, said that it was my responsibility to determine if the models had all their parts or not, and refused to provide any kind of compensation, basically telling me that this was now my problem, and I had to deal with it myself.

Due to both people not having their complaint codes, I cannot request replacements from CB. I would like to know if there is any other source I could possibly obtain these antennae from.

    Thank you very much.

The easy solution is to simply buy more PanO models with single antenna helmets.
PanO antenna come in sprues of two, so you'll have some left over from Kamau, Bagh Mari and the like.

If you speak to Corvus Belli customer service they will often include spare parts in a direct order.

Unfortunately, the Varuna starter set comes with exactly 3 Kamau-compatible antennae... I suppose I'd have to buy a bagh-mari and use it as a Kamau HMG proxy, then steal its other antenna.

Wasn't it CB's policy to not include spare parts in general? That was what I found in a cached entry of the old Infinity forums when I first googled this problem.

Their policy is that them don't sell spare parts, CS have sent me spares in with a direct order as a favour though

If you email CB customer service, explain your situation and place an order for them to include the parts with I am sure they will help you out.

Otherwise... I feel like there are plenty of people out there who don't use the antenna at all, you may be able to call on one of those!

Unfortunately I live in Canada, so shipping is likely to be fatal. And yes, it'd be nice if I could receive some antennae from people who didn't need them.

Gonna need the Antenna Signal to summon AntennaMan.

    I live in New Zealand.

It's literally as far away from Spain as you can get.

    So, yeah, it'll be ok.

Well, I just checked. A single Zuyong HMG is going to cost 21 euros to ship, via DHL. I'd have more luck buying bagh-maris at that rate.

Edit: There are no other shipping options

You are usually better off buying a few things, rather than a single small item.

But *shrugs* the option is there.

Wait till you get some remotes, my dronbots came with some that I haven't seen/bothered to look for an obvious place to put them, maybe they were a mispack but I'm sure someone else could confirm this, anyway they are very kamauish.

Becarefull because the new models haven't the antenea as a separated part. It comes as one pieze with two of them, like the news Knights or come in one piece in the head, directely. I advice you to buy some old knight blister or a old Nisse or old Baghmari, but make sure they have the antena not directly in the head. In the old ones usually come two antenaes.

Kamau Hackers come with 1 extra antenna each, the VIRD Starter comes with 1 extra as well I believe. I have a couple that I don’t need if you’re still looking.
