yes peacemakers that are overclocked confer that to their auxbot.

IJW is using the term colloquially.

Does the Peacemaker has a Repeater? Yes
Does the Auxbot has a Repeater? No

Scylla's Devabots would get bonus from Overclock, same as Bit's KISS. An Auxbot would not.

Check the rules for G:Synch below. When a G:Synch model's controller is affected by a hacking program, the G:Synch model is also affected by that hacking program. Because a Peacemaker is affected by Overclock, the G:Synch rules mean its Auxbot is as well.

    G: Synchronized and Hacking Programs
If the player activates any Hacking Program which provides any MOD or state to the Controller of a G: Synchronized trooper (Cybermask, or Kaleidoscope, for example), then such MOD or state will also be applied to the G: Sychronized trooper.

Note that this applies both friendly and enemy MODs or states. If you Oblivion the Peacemaker you Isolate both the Peacemaker and the Auxbot.

So. I Overlord a Seraph. Will I also get the Auxbot? Will that Auxbot use the Posessed TAG profile?
I Spotlight (with success) Scylla. Are now her 2 devabots Marked aswell? Even if I kill Scylla afterwards?

Certainly the Peacemaker is the only Remote with a Synchronized unit. However, if we read again Overclock, we can see it grants no MOD, nor State to the affected targets. It sets the Burst value to 2 in reactive turn, period.
That means that the Specialist remotes around 16-17pts, carrying a Combi weapon and a Repeater, if placed on Suppresive Fire they would be at Burst 2 if they "apply" Overclock (is optional, however, so they are not forced) even if the Burst of Suppresive Fire is 3. And it would not go to 4, btw.

Since we need to fully read the rules. Is overclock a mod or a state to fit the requirements for G: Sync to kick in?

Edit: Further, Does the G:Sync model need to satisfy the requirements of the mod/state for it to transfer? In this case the auxbot does not have a repeater.

MOD is a defined term within the game... Bonus is some term used that isn't defined.

This effects others like Assisted fire which grants a skill and do not use any game terms to guide use to the answer.

For a g:sync hacker like syclla. If you use maestro on her amd give her the unconscious state from that hacking program, does her robots gain the unconscious state too?

Overclock is a Supportware program, and we place the program marker near the EVO, unlike for example Assisted Fire (where the marker for supportware goes to the hacker, and the Assisted Fire marker goes to the remote).

Its effects are neither mod, nor bonus, nor state. Consider it an "enchant world" if you want, with the effects of "set B2 on ARO to all willing remotes with repeater". I see there a change on the ARO Burst rules, frankly.
Another thing would be if Overclock were to be written as "apply Enhanced Reaction Supportware to all Repeater-equipped Remotes in your army", in which case we should look into that program. But it's not.

They go to disconnected. That's already covered within the G:Sync rule.

Maestro is a hacking attack that gives a state. The unc state. Under hacking and g:sync it says if hacker gets a state from hacking, so does the rems. So the rems should also be unc.

Also, unc is far better than disconnected for 2 reasons. Disconnected is not a null state, and if syclla wakes up from a doctor or paramedic, the rems are still out.

Maestro only works on Hackers... correct?

Back to does the G:Sync transfer have to meet the requirements for it work..?

Or... simpler. G:Sync shuts off as it is an automatic skill and unconscious turns off automatic skills and equipment.

A mod is "+1", "+3", "-3"... Consider how "Mod" doesn't show up in the Overclock entry, and:
    http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Modifiers
    Mods apply to attributes.

    http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Weapon_Profile#Burst_.28B.29
I see no "modify Burst in reactive turn with -4 to a minimun of 1"...

    Also:
    http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Fireteam_Bonuses
    Here, Bonus is used.

Those who don't want to listen won't do it, of course, but that will only make them suffer in tournaments.
