Is the Level of a fireteam Open Information? For example, I have 2 Zhanshi and a Tian Gou in holomask as a Zhanshi, would I need to tell them it's Level 2 haris?
As per the red important box on page 132 of the pdf, "A Fireteam's Bonuses are Private Information until the player declares a BS Attack or Discover, or some other Skill that benefits from these Bonuses." So no, you don't have to say what fireteam bonuses you get until it comes time to use them.
