Infinity Tournament in the Catalan community organized by Club Silmaril, in the city of Barcelona. The tournament will have a capacity of 40 players, expandable if necessary. The event will take place on October 25 and 26, 2025, at El Casinet d'Hostafrancs, a 5-minute walk from Sants Estació. A WhatsApp group will be created where players will be added to provide updates and maintain smooth communication. - Infinity Tournament: The tournament will consist of 5 rounds, mid-tier, following the ITS rules in effect at the time of play. Deadline for uploading lists to the Manager and sending them by email to the organization: October 19, 2025. - Missions: 300 points and 6 CAPS *To be defined awaiting the new ITS There will be five tables with a different terrain type each, which will provide the corresponding movement bonus. - Aquatic - Desert - Mountain - Jungle - 0-G All players must bring everything necessary to play their games: markers, dice, cards, silhouettes, etc. Lines of sight must be clearly marked and visible on all miniatures. Use of proxies will be allowed according to current ITS rules, and it must be clear to all players which profile and equipment it represents. - Pairings: Pairings will be organized using the OTM manager provided by Corvus Belli and will be announced at the start of each round, following the Swiss tournament format. In the first round, efforts will be made to avoid matchups between players from the same gaming group or community. In the last round, the first will play against the second and the last against the second-to-last, unless they have already played each other. - Timings: Each game will last 2:00 hours, and each player is responsible for their own and their opponent's time. The organization will provide time warnings so players can assess their gameplay and agree on a final turn if needed. The use of a chess clock is optional. If one of the two players decides to use a chess clock, both must use it. In the last round on table one, its useis mandatory. - Reporting results: When submitting results, please include the objective points, survivors, and the game table, handing in both players' control sheets. Failure to submit results within the established time may result in a bye for both players. - Judging: Before calling a judge, players are expected to know the rules and carry a digital or printed copy for reference in case of doubt. If a question or issue arises that players cannot resolve among themselves during the game, they should call for a judge immediately. Judges will follow the following resolution mechanics: If it is a doubt requiring their intervention, they will listen to the involved parties, review the relevant rules, assess the most feasible resolution, and make a decision. Remember that the goal is to resolve the situation blocking the game as quickly and accurately as possible. If that is not possible, then the most fair and balanced resolution will be applied, recognizing the fallibility of human judgment. The final decision of the judges is definitive and irrefutable, and all players are expected to respect it. - Prizes: There will be a gift for all participants, as well as for the winner, the second to tenth places, best painting, and the "Foquita" prize. - Winner: First place in the final standings. - Top10: Players ranked second to tenth. - Painting: Awarded to the player whose army is considered the most "beautiful" by the jury. - Foquita: Awarded to the player who wins the final match between the last and second-to-last player. - Event schedule: Still to be determined.
