There are no FTO profiles for Yan Huo, they currently cannot make any fireteams. Are they even supposed to have FTO profiles anymore given the Kriza is busy doing B6 HMGs over in Tunguska?
I'm not sure how it was in N3, but they have duo in the sectorial chart Is that duo all of them or just the FTO? Because with how Tinbots work a Neurocinetics ML duoing with an HRMC would get you a neurocinetics HRMC
They might have duo in the chart but none of the profiles have the Duo skill so they're shit out of luck there, can't form duo links.
A neurocinetics tinbot in a fireteam would be pretty wild. In N4, all Tinbots affect all members of a fireteam, not just Deflector / Firewall ones.
Current guidance from IJW is that the charts are to be trusted over what is or isn't listed in Army. That said, I'm not sure this was an intended interaction.
