To compensate for 3 AD troops, I have advanced command Sun Tse, protected by the Bao from camo troops and impersonators. Hsien as a datatracker and allround, threat. 4 Kuang Shi as initial order fuel and to throw at the enemy for favourable trades. The controller supports the Hsien und Kuang Shi with smoke. As the Kuang Shi get taken out, units from CG 2 will fill in their slots. After the initial assault or if an opportunity presents itself, the tigers come in to wreak havoc. The paramedic can be saved as a last minute specialist or to revive an important piece at the right time. The Zhanshi hacker supports with controlled jump, fairy dust etc, and the engineer can fix up the two HI if needed. Coments and Suggestions are appreciated!
You should try to use that SWC somewhere. Swap the Bao for a Guilang MSR or Major Lunah, throw in a TR remote instead of one Tiger.
Yeah the lack in SWC is a thing. I liked the Bao for protection against Fidays, Speculos and the likes, snce Sun Tse is pretty much the central piece in this list. Do you reckon he'll be fine with his high WP/Flash Pulse and NWI on his own?
Boost the Hsien to an HMG, then drop a Kuang Shi to bring the doctor into group 1 and give them two Servants. This gives you more long range firepower, and lets you actually use the doctor for doctoring. The third Tiger is still a surprise you can bring in with a command token, and the lonely Supportware hacker can still sit in his own group running Supportware all game.

I did, though I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the engineer is in this list, unless you're facing a lot of EM the doctor might be a better shout.
I dunno about that Bao. I've never found them to be much good without suppressive fire or a warband-denying sniper. And if Sunnyboy is the centrepiece I'd give him a rifle so he has some more bite. Unlike Saladin he's not a bitch, don't be afraid of sending him in to do violence. You're lacking range. You need to be able to get in, and unless you plan on deploying those Tiger Soldiers first turn to spank some MSV2 sniper you don't have the methods to do that. I'd put an HMG on the Hsien, between the Kuang Shi, Tigers and Sun (and Bao?) you have enough midfield threats, but no real opener. Hsien HMG is an efficient way to start the murder, and that's something you want to have with 2 AD troops in the group. Doc seems a better investment than engi. HI tend to get killed more than disabled in my experience, though that may be dependent on meta and specific opponents so do what you think is appropriate for the context. Such a low quantity and quality of specialists makes me a little uncomfortable to be honest, but as a cleanup crew for a killy list I guess they could work alright. Tiger gives you a contingency plan in case your backline gets invaded at least.
Thanks for your suggestions! I've changed the Engineer into a doctor and replaced the Bao with XI Zhuang, to get one more Specialist into the list. Mad Traps should also come in handy for area denial and setting up kills. Alternatively, I could ditch Xi Zhuang and the Servant Bots to squeeze in a Kanren FO. That Monofilament CC weapon does look tempting. Sun Tse now has that Multi Rifle to get more "involved". CoC Pheasant as (quite expensive) risk-management - Not quite sure about that girl yet. Good thing is she can change to CG 1 freely, once the Kuangshi die. Tiger Spitfire and Paramedic come in to tighten the noose at the right time, or to press a button/revive an important piece. Kanren Killer Hacker as upboard specialist and CC-allround threat. Could change this to a Ninja Killer Hacker for an even stronger shell game, but that Monofilament CC should really come in handy against tough targets. Cheap Zhanshi Hacker and Doctor as filler and Specialists.
The rifle on Sun Tze is more about making him harder to kill. Mimetism in cover with Suppression is -9s to hit. It's pretty obnoxious on a 3 wound HI with Total immunity
I was about to comment on the lack of Daofei and Guilang in your lists. If your opponent knows you like running lots of Tigers, you could consider replacing the Kanren KHD with a Ninja KHD. In either case, you want to Deploy the Killer Hacker close to your Daofei. "You're trying to hack my Daofei? Daofei AROs Reset, Killer Hacker AROs Redrum"
