No Deactivator for the Najjarun?

    I noticed that the Najjarun doesn’t have a Deactivator. I filtered on models with the Engineer skill and browsed through the different factions and didn’t notice any other Engineers that lacked a Deactivator.

    Is this a purposeful omission or something that was overlooked?
