Hello! I just want to be clear on this. You must declare an ARO on the first short order, unless for various reasons you are not capable of doing so. And then if you had been unable to declare an ARO on the first short order, the opponent performs an action that would allow an ARO during their second short order, you can THEN declare an ARO. However, you can NOT declare ARO's for BOTH short orders. Is this correct?
Yes You get one opportunity to ARO per order, if you get an ARO against the first short skill and choose not to use it then you forgo any AROs against the second short skill. If you can't ARO against the first, you may ARO against the second.
