Looks like the Chain Colt + HMG profile for the Anaconda has been added to FRRM. It's not much but a DAM16, BS13 HMG on a fairly sturdy platform is nothing to sniff at, and helps us with long range firepower.
I've really been looking for an excuse to pick up the Anaconda, really just for the operator model. This may finally be the reason.
To be fair, I don't think she was pulling the spitfire off of the TAG. She just has one built into her escape mechanism.
Whats the oversight? Theres two different spitfire weapons in that profile. One for the TAG and a smaller one for the operator. The HMG version just has an HMG TAG weapon and the pilot still keeps her smaller spitfire weapon.
Is the Anadonda's Spitfire even represented in the model? All the pictures I can find only seem to show a CCW. That was always a cute detail in the dossier, but if it's not even visible in the final sculpt I'm not going to hold it as canon.
Yeah, the break apart weapon only appeared in concept, and makes even less sense since Season 9 as the Pilot Spitfire is tiny and doesn't have Fatality 1. Having the HMG Operator keep the Spitfire also keeps the current box set WYSIWYG for both profiles.
