You absolutely do not want Neema in a combat group with only 3 regular orders. The Brawler link obviously is defensive. You could switch them an rearrange other things to get Neema to 9 or 10 orders.
The way I see this unit: this is a Haris (HRL, specialist, filler) and two ARO pieces. Once the ARO pieces are ded, the 3-creature fireteam goes ramboing or button pushing.
The other thing that stands out to me is that you are taking Symbiobombs but only have Neema who can use them. You will only get to use one of them. Unless you were just trying to fill a Triad spot for 15 points, you might want to get another Symbiont Armor unit in there or use another unit instead of the Kaeltar.

That one could be interesting, but unfortunately the Kiel-Saan cannot go into that triad. It only has access to two particular Triads.
As I mentioned, the Kiel-Saan goes solo and will not be part of the firteam. I took this as a compliment, anyways.
Sorry, I was looking at your list and dealing with my sick 1.5 year old son. My brain was trying to put the Kiel-Saan with Neema and the Tri-core Taagma. Honestly this would be the type of list I would be making just to figure the army out. I have no idea how good it is until I run it, but it has some interesting things to try in it.
I have two kids, a 4-year old daughter, and a 7-year son. I know that feeling, bro. Time to playtest, you say? Any other toy that would look interstig? How about smashing in a Raail Boarding Team in? On paper they look just fantastic! And this way I could upgrade the Diplomat to something juicy like a Kumotail bioengineer. In Tohaa I tend to build Triads with a damage dealer, specialist, and a unit that can get you there (Makaul). Spiral Corps is a little different. Still trying to figure out what mix works with my play style. Rasails are always good. They have the staying power that not many others do. A cheaper option that sort of does a similar job is the Kerail.
