It's been a few days, and we still have no working definition for NCO and how it works - only pieces of comments. Can we please get a working definition to use until a new "New Rules" PDF can be generated with it included?

IJW posted elsewhere today (actually in my thread on Jumper LZ and Idle) that it isn't confirmed if CB wants the rule is active yet and the omission from the PDF was intentional

I'd prefer not to pay points for things that don't exist. I don't see why they couldn't have released the profile without the rule if it is such a point of contention as to not release the rule. Just give a Yadu HMG that costs a few points less - and later upgrade it. Though, that said... Army is currently telling me the NCO gets a HMG, Combi and an e/Marat... Maybe that is the concession for wasting my points on non-existent skills.
