Love the fact that the HRL is now in NCA. EDIT: To better convey my question - Is there intent to make the HRL FTO a wildcard in a similar vein as the Multi Rifle profile is? Or even better is the HRL linkable now and just awaiting an adjustment to the Builders to reflect this? Happy if it isn't, ecstatic if it is. Would love to throw that girl into a Bolt Haris.

The note specifics the Albedo, Biometric Visor Versio as a wildcard. So answer is: No. It looks like the FTO is simply not removed. Same thing with the YJ Panguling FTO, is named like that even in vanilla.
Aware - That was also pre-inclusion of the HRL. So it’s not so much a community ruling that I’m after. At this stage I am running off that it’s unlinkable because I still have a 25pt MSV2 HRL with a MULTI pistol that has sixth sense. What I am asking is does the HRL now come under the same FTO situation as the MULTI Rifle Friar? Either way I have a great profile to work with. If it remains unlinkable - great. If it becomes linkable - excellent. Kind of a cake and eat it too scenario
Yeah, I’d roll without it not being in a Fireteam, since the note doesn’t mention it. Could that be an error? Perhaps. Do we know if anyone’s posted in the Army error thread?
I would've but i didn't consider this to be an "error" in terms of the army builder itself. Just more seeking intent from on high.
