New to Aleph and very confused. So one has normal Camo and the other has TO Camo, but they seem to be very similar in terms of role and capabilities. Help a guy out, when should I rake one and not the other?
A Naga is a not very expensive multi-role camo infiltrator that is good for objective grabbing, engaging light targets, deploying mines, sniping and such like. It's not very tough but it does have V: Dogged so it can soak a hit and keep going for a while in the same turn, making it able to act as a roadblock to defend in a pinch, or grab an objective despite an enemy ARO. The Killer Hacker, Minelayer and Sniper profiles are my favourites. The Dasyu is a relatively expensive multi-role TO Camo infiltrator that is notably better at the engaging light targets and sniping element but not really much better when it comes to mines and objectives. It does, however, have full NWI which is really quite something for a TO Camo Infiltrator, and also hidden deployment and the full -6 to shoot at it, both of which are awesome. Downside? Cost. It's not cheap and it competes with the Posthuman TO Camo Proxy which is amazingly good and stupidly cheap. Overall I'd say both are great, Nagas are more easily fit into a list because they are cheaper and have no real competition in terms of their role for cost, whereas Dasyus you take them because you specifically want to. That said, there's nothing particularly bad about them IMO!
