There is no mention to different enomotarchos units anymore, the characters also do not form teams with X or Y, they just "count as". EFFECTS ► This Special Skill allows a Fireteam: Enomotarchos to be formed, following the rules of Fireteam composition. ► It is not compulsory that the owner of this Special Skill be the Team Leader of the Fireteam: Enomotarchos. It is also not clarified in the charts... It seems too good to be true, but without a FAQ I believe it would be legal.

Some special Fireteams can ignore this Requirement, as specified in their description or in the Sectorial Army List. Nothing in Enormoustacos allows you to ignore the common Fireteam restriction of being from the same unit, so no mix and match.
I get what you are saying, but Enomotarchos is a Special Fireteam, and it says on the basic rule: "...or of those that the Sectorial Army List specifies are able to do so. Some special Fireteams can ignore this Requirement, as specified in their description or in the Sectorial Army List."
It is not a special Fireteam, it is a normal type of Fireteam like Core, Haris, or Duo. Special Fireteams are listed in the Sectorials chart very clearly such as "Special Fireteam: Duo, Achilles v2 + Patroclus FTO."
