Looks like a solid army list to me! Were there any particular units or scenarios you had questions about?
it's a pretty good solid all comers list. I think Dahshat is the one sectoral that can really do a pretty good Brawler team. The things I might do differently is have Valerya in the the team with the Tinbot. She benefits from the tinbot as well. Good defense against other hackers. Also, not a fan of the Brawler medic. He will hardly be used as a specialist. maybe try to get in a Bounty Hunter sniper or spitfire. Good for Albedo units that block the Brawler MSR. Or an Engineer for the D-Charges and fix any remotes.
That's a good solid list. The only point of contention is how much Brawlers you got there. Remember that Bounty Hunters are AVA 4 wildcards, so 4 ABH + 1 Brawler is still considered a legitimate Brawler Core. This allows you to field cheaper 12 pts. Bounty Hunters with things like an MSV2 Brawler and then swap the core to Ghulam Doctor Plus that is both cheaper and more effective specialist than the Brawler.
I would put Valeria in the Harris Team with Ru Shi and Triad Zuyong. Then she will profit from the Tinbot B. Would replace the Zencha with a second Hunzakut, teplace Brawler Doctor with two ABH and upgrade the Tractor Mule to two Fanous (S3).
My experience with tinbot-linked Valerya has been quite different from the prevailing theory. I've found that it makes her barely adequate in hacker-on-hacker engagements; she still dies readily to any KHD in ARO and lacks the programs necessary to really make an impact on offense. After several disappointing outings I have started to prefer just to have her hang back and provide supportware, and protect her with range rather than the tinbot.
