Pretty sure De Fersen has access to the Trinity Hacking Program and has good WIP and BTS, so... I assume he's there to kill Hackers.
Spitfire and hacking mostly...I need a way to defend from the AHD (and KHD). Defersen and KHD can hopefuly deal with anything thrown at them? My biggest problem, in pure theory, is dealing with jammers...
Swap De Fersen for KotHS CoC Spitfire to provide slight cushion for when you lose Joan + good firepower and Specialist. Drop the Mulebot and Pathfinder (the former of which offers very little to an army with a solo Remote and is very expensive, the latter of which isn’t needed in kill missions and besides, after some tweaking you will have access to 4 specialists anyway) and replace with a Knight Hospitaller Boarding shotgun which will help add close range strength to your core at a low cost. Then drop the Warcor and use the left over points for a vanilla Order Sergeant to help fill out your Fireteams during mid game when you break up your Core in favor of two Harises. Depending on my Math you may need to downgrade Joan to AP... regardless I don’t think her fireteam is gonna have any trouble in melee.
Santiago with Deflector and KHD already does this exceptionally well so that’s a huge overlap for 56 points.
Hmm, interesting observations! Pathfinder was there to deal with midfield camo, while mulebot to keep up teampro and maybe some hacking defense in addition to having sat lock bonus. Also, based on your math this leaves me with 9 orders if I drop a warcor, unless you were also thinking of changing the TO sniper for something as well. KotHS is really expensive... Yes like that, except I dropped Joan to AP CCW, dropped the Warcor and Fugazi, and plugged in an Order Sergeant. I don’t think remotes doing enough in the army. You still have the flash pulse from Tech Bee if needed to stop someone. Konstantinos may be something you want to consider because Camo is a problem that’s going to be hard for this army to deal with. He can also replace the basic Order Sergants role as Fireteam filler. So if you downgraded the KotHS to Konstantinos and dropped the Order sergeant you’d have 40 points and 3 SWC to play around with, but you wouldn’t have any LoL cushion, and you wouldn’t have the same Firepower as that HI spitfire.
I’m thinking two OS with HRL + Flamethrower Aux for DZ defense and frying vis mods. But really it’s all up to you imagination.

Oh, and hacker Sergeant for Fairydust. Tweaking the list a bit, i can change the Breaker Sepulchre for Spitfire
VaulSC, the youtuber made some very nice battrep usinf the crusade team. He emphasizes that when playing this team you should expect to put most or all your order on the team in one devastating alpha strike. Some the rzst of the list should be here to support the team without needing too much order. That is the case with the TO sergent MSR. You can play two for increased efficiency. And you won't avoid one turn with LoL. It's better to shoot anything trying to isolate you with TO snipers (for ex apprpchappr em grenade launcher). And put the khd forward to make it hard hacking Joan without hacking him. I like the idea to put the sepulchre CoC to avoid too much damage if isolated. I would give him Spitfire so that he can also attavk with more efficiency. He can also deal with minelayers with its echos.
This leaves you with 9 orders though... That's an interesting list and tactic! 2 HMGs in a link? Who do you project as with sepulchre?
Maybe in active turn. But in reactive, if i attack the enemy hacker with the santiago, he can attack Joan for free, so i usually end declaring reset. About the sepulchre, i disguise him as a Multi Rifle Black Friar and deploy near the pulse flash guys. 2 HMG? Yes. If one got down, i still have another good killer. And they are my only ARO pieces, so... If you feel safe enough, you can substitute the OS and the palbot for Spitfire Bulleteer
So what exactly then is a job of Santiago KHD ? You might also want to run a dice calculator on Fersen.
De Fersen is bad at killing enemy hackers and is quite vulnerable to KHD himself. Hes still a terrible model that was not fixed at all. Hes not worth taking when the Santiago KHD exist. I wish they kept De Fersen as a normal hacker.
While I'm the one (of?) people who bashed Fersen change from HD->AHD+Trinity I don't think that the reverse would be a good thing now. While it seems that "easiest" way of "fixing" him would be changing Trinity to Redrum, it would actually probably made him a tad bit "too" good (as Redrum atm. is go to program for KHD if they do not enjoy Maestro upgrade), and putting him too close (or even above) Asura. He needs just a tiny bit of "something" to be really different and worth (from Santiago KHD+Tinbot) similar to new Asura's LT Lv2. I could think about following: Adding Tinbot. It's a little bit "lazy" and too similar to Santiago KHD+Tinbot one. While the Santiago would still be better at killing enemy hackers (Redrum+firewall bypass) Fersen would not be that easy prey to any other (even low tier) KHDs. Adding single use "hacking shield". Think of symbio-mate but only against single hacking (and only hacking) attack. Hardly makes him invulnerable, just more "expensive" to kill. Add a SS2 to him. Problem is that's a very expensive skill which would further inflate his (high) price. Main usage would still be as a single piece, as otherwise it would not do anything for him running in big link. NCO. Rather limited in MO, and also in Vanilla. Probably MO/Vanialla want to use Lt order (or on native Fersen Lt). Probably won't be needed in vanilla PanO due to agresive Lts and new great Bolt CoC. Throw a Blackwater upgrade ? It doesn't increase his offensive capabilites, just again makes him just tad bit more "sturdy" when facing enemy KHDs (without making him as good as new Deva AHD!) I think that's a best/most balanced option for good old Fersen. Just from the "fluff" point I wished that his "special" Templar sword (which CB didn't even bother to make special model with new sculp!) would force hackable victims a BTS roll and if failed made IMM1/2. It's hardly a balance/powerlevel play, it's just a nice "odd/forbidden AI artifact sword". (it still would be weaker than actual E/M) In all: Fersen needs tad bit of love.
