Hello, dear infinity community! A little question. We have Armbot with Synchronized and Mechanized Deployment. According to rules, they consider to be one troop during deployment. Can this fact "streach" zone for Mechanized Deployment and insted putting all units with mechanized deployment not in 8" but in 16"? (8" ZOC between armbot and Syncronized + 8" for Armobt and 8" form Synchronized?
No, they count as one trooper for purposes of taking up a slot in your combat group, nothing states that it would count for purposes of Mechanized Deployment.
The rule says: G: Synchronized troopers will be deployed at the same time their Controller is deployed as if they were a single trooper. I'd say this is just for timing, you still need all mechanised troopers within 8" of one trooper, which could include the Peacemaker or Auxbot, but not both.
