I played a game last Friday as Onyx vs Shas (Very good game) I managed to spotlight a Caliban, fella goes back into Camo. I can't see anything saying you can't do that, I just want to be 100% sure on it here? I swear in N3 that wasn't possible, but then again I have a memory like a leaky sieve so who knows. Any help appreciated.
There's nothing to stop it, any discover checks will get +3 against the Targeted marker as Discover is affected by any BS Mods. It might have been technically possible in N3, but because Spotlight wasn't an ARO and only lasted until the end of turn, having an Active model in the Targeted was exceptionally rare.
