Martial Arts Dmg bonus?

    is martial arts suppossed to be a bonus to PH and not dmg or is it inteaded for models wilth pistols or monofilament to get the bonus... an oniwaban with a 15 or die seems kinda over the top not to mention some dual pistol wielders or kitsunes 16~~~

    Just PH bonus weapons with non PH related damage do not benefit from it.
