Looking for some feedback on a list for Tic Tac Toe. My theory is that you need to have tonnes of specialists for this mission, because you have to be able to respond to the opponent's moves and take whatever antenna you need for the win. As a result, this list is almost entirely made of specialists. The Kameel EVO is there because not only does it give +3 WIP to all the specialists, but I think it goes well with the Rafiq, buffing it to make it better than its points would suggest. However, I keep looking at the list and seeing a lack of heavy weapons, and I'm not confident about the duplicate Tuaregs. Any suggestions?

If you don't like having two Taureg doctors you might consider switching one with the Ragik Assault Hacker for +0.5 SWC and -1 pts.
There are advantages and disadvantages for trading hidden deployment for combat jump, but at least already having an EVO hacker ups the Combat Jump chance to 75%. You'll lose TO modifiers/marker and drop to 4-2 MOV but pick up Dogged, +1 BS,and +1 ARM. Assault hackers can accomplish a good % of classified objectives and can be pretty scary for the TAGs and HI that you're almost guaranteed to see in the LI format. The Barid and Rafiq give you a little more repeater coverage to extend the threat range.

Another option would be dropping the Nasmat on the Hakim and "upgrading" one of the Tauregs to an Assault hacker. I think I like this option better but it does reduce the Hakim's utility, if only by a bit.

I think you're too specialist heavy for this. While you've picked some excellent ones, you lack stopping power. Your opponent is likely to field multiple HI and often you will see links, and only two of your units can counter these (Fasid and Tarik) which leaves you vulnerable. Consider an assault hacker instead of killer and reallocating at least 50+ points to firepower.

When I've done this mission before, I also noticed how smoke can be critical as you both are trying wade through the middle. So I would definitely consider either using it yourself or being prepared for your opponent to have it (or both).
