Or Lic as I like to call it.

Was hoping other fellow Ariadnan veterans and even newer folk could shed light as to how they build for Limited Insertion.

We'll say Soldiers of Fortune is both in and off the table.

When looking at army and coming up with a baseline, it seems like there's really only a couple viable Core Teams, on solid Harris, and maybe a single Duo.

Basically I'm curious if WW is practically mandatory as I noticed all my lists that I've cooked up involve all of the heavier units we have.

Looking forward to your replies. Also, doesn't have to be just about the lists, but even tactics and experience.

I think at that point you're probably looking at a Wulver/Billy core or a Grey Rifles core.

Each have their own merits I guess. Wish Grey's had a specialist option.

Wulvers will always be the pain train.

In Limited Insertion getting Wallace's "free" Co-ordinated order per turn is - usually - too good to pass up, (IMO).
Whilst it does restrict him into hiding outside of any fireteam, I've never been too concerned as you can still surround him with one of your links anyway.

Otherwise, in the past, I've tended to run a Highlander Grey Core; I'm usually too scared to go for the full "Wulver Pain Train".

Are Wulvers decent as a Data Tracker?

I've never tried Wulvers as Data-trackers, but would like to at some point, especially for those missions that give them an extra order.

Personally, I wish that Mormaers were Specialists across the board. Whilst they're 4-2MOV, I'd really like CHA to have a tough Specialist, and it could be a reason to start using the unit proactively; especially as it'd mean we can have a Specialist Lt as well.
