Hi, Can I activate Fireteam by spending Lieutenant Order on Lieutenant nominating him the Fireteam Leader? Either this is forbidden or it will cancel Fireteam?

However, the NCO rule does allow you to spend the Lt. order while remaining part of a Fireteam, including the few NCO Lt.s like Norks and Moiras.
I think it would only cancel the Fireteam if the Lt. was already the leader, otherwise they'll just leave the Fireteam.
