I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. But, probably, I've missed something: why libertos are missing in Ikari army? Why Arslang and Taowu moved in instead. It is now better to go with druze in ikari rather then in druze army (Arslan can be LT in Ikari...) ;). Yuans are now in Druze army. Something has mixed heavily this two armies. Was it an intentional move? p.s. pity that Al Fasid didn't get any fireteam in Ikari ;( pity that Arslang still not bringing any tasty things for being a LT... hell even Rao gives 1 command token... i can hardly remember any other character LT not brining any tasty things for being the LT...
Arslan is an interesting addition indeed, but you can only have Druze Duo/Haris in Ikari, while DBS can field a nasty coherent Druze Core. Arslan + Druze (Killer) Hacker + Brawler/Digger is still an interesting coherent Haris to bring in Ikari, and we now have an LT option that can survive a hit. As for the Al-Fasid, they gave him Haris in Ramah and they probably wanted to keep this option unique.
