Finally ...
As promised I'd like to share my painting works here. In the former forum I posted my Yu Jings Jade Phoenix Division as well as my Japanese Uesugi Clan and my Nomad HEADForce. Maybe I'll post some of these pictures again, we'll see.

As I mentioned in another thread I started with a third (fourth after the Uprising) faction – the Druze. I always liked the sculpts, and when CB released the campaign rules for Outrage I wished they would be ITS legal. And – tadaaa – as if they heard my plea :-)

So, here they are

 

The minis are so superbly detailed, it took a while to paint them properly, although it was worth it

 

Tom and Kip of Mayacast (if you don't listen do it) chose them as the best for the Mayacast Masterclass Q1 of 2018 – thanks, guys.

 

The sculpt of Jethro is so superbly done ...

 

Unfortunately the base suffered a little during the games

 

I experimented with different skin colors, mostly darker mediterranean and middle eastern like this Hunzakut





Maybe it's a bit too dark for a middle eastern

 

Right now I'm working several project at the same time – for Yu Jing, the Nomads and especially for the JSA. My Warcor gave me the Army Box he got in advance of the official release, and I immediately started painting. I already finished the Daiyokai, the Kuroshi Rider and the Ryuken Unit-9, but I have no proper pictures. I will share them in the next days or so.

Now that the pictures are all over internet, what do you think of the Tankos? I admit that I like them, like the Shikami with his hat they're unmistakably. I like that. That let's me think about some conversions for my Uesugi Clan ...

The design is polarizing here in Germany. Most guys don't like it, they think it's ugly as hell, wok pans as helmets. But some like me love this original style.
