    Is this a bug, or did karakuri got STR3 out of nowhere, with no price change?

    That happened at the beginning of N4. They gave them an additional structure, which offset the new HI discount.

    They lost 3 ARM (due to change to Immunity (Total) and Dogged got a 2 point more expensive. So they definitely payed for that extra STR.
