So I've been playing for almost two years now, mostly with Ariadna although I've flirted with Starco and Varuna as well. But I want to go the Nomad route and their playstyle seems to fit what I like (Midfield mines, camo tricks, more mission than kill focused.) That said they seem to go about those tasks very differently from Ariadna. The big one being hacking and the repeater network that comes along with it.

So, as someone who has a surface level of hacking, what are some of the fun and dirty tricks nomads can pull off with their hackers I might not be aware of? (only ever played one game against the faction) Is there and "industry standard" technique for setting up the midfield repeaters? Do you as a Nomad player find yourself tailoring lists specifically to missions in an ITS setting or bringing two universal lists that are more set up to counter certain armies or terrain arrangements?

Thanks in advance guys, I'm looking forward to branching out into undiscovered country again.

The most obvious one is use of white noise for hunting down msv pieces. Gun platforms like the tsyklon and iguana carry their own repeater and an intervention can use the LT order to put it down reliably.

Other than that, the dirtier tricks come with coordinated order where hackers with stealth benefit from other members without stealth forcing a "change facing aro" so they can hack unopposed.
    Situational but sometimes highly useful.

Marksmanship on the myriad repeater-toting gun drones is always good too.
Evo drones allow co-ordinated hacking and reroll with command tokens as well as boosting AD.

Always build to the mission, bearing in mind you need a toolset to deal with common threats.
Two lists is a good idea even outside of tournament play but both should be competent enough at the mission objectives

Regarding mission : some mission may need some list tailoring but standard list perform very well. I went to the interplanetario with standard list and performed very well

    Regarding hacking :
First, hacking is an option but not an obligation. Interventor are great tool but a very obvious lieutenant too. More than once I choosed to play 2 securitate, with one being lieutenant, instead
Second, KHD are great : either Zero or Heckler, they give you the opportunity to do objective easily (many mission give bonus to hacker) or brain fry opponent specialist (either when they do objectives or when they drop in AD)
Third, repeater is our strengh. With 2 transductor zond and 2 moran, you are sure that :
    - if your opponent have anything hackable, he will need to go around your repeater or waste order killng them
    - if you want something hacked (a TAG behind a wall, an hidden HVT you need to spotligh), you will always find a way to do it without exposing your hacker
    Nomad difference/similitude with Ariadna :
-same : great midfield game : nomad midfield game is a little different but you can still play a lot of infiltrator/camo/mine to be a pain to your oponent
    - better defensive game : TR drone, sniper TO, sin eater. You have all you need to force your oponent to waste time against your ARO
    - think of intruder as spetznaz : great killer but very vulnerable to a lucky crit (with a big nomad advantage : you have cube so healing is easy)
    - morlock are as great as highlander, use them. With their E/M weapon, they are a huge treat to all your opponent big murder machine
    - big difference wit ariadna : you have good HI with 2 real wounds. Taskmaster and kriza are great tool, use them and remember you can always heal them
    - other difference with ariadna : nomad bike is insanely good, it's a crime not to use it
