    Had a pheroware tactic, specifically Eraser, being used by a model against another model shooting it. For the life of us my opponent and I could not find if this technique or jammer type effects in general resolve as a Face to Face against attacks.

    So my questions are;
    - When does a Jammer roll a face to face? Against Reset only? Against hacking type effects? Against other Jammers? Against any attack?
    - Is Eraser different from a Jammer in this regard?
    - Are other similar abilities, such as Hellzone, hacking etc similar or different in this regard?

    Cheers for the assist, shits complicated yo.

    If both trooper's actions could directly affect the other trooper, it's a Face to Face Roll. The actual Skill used to affect the other trooper doesn't matter.

    There are then a small number of exceptions for Dodge, Reset and weapons with the special Dodge Trait (i.e. Smoke Grenades) that force it to be a Face to Face Roll even though it's not directly affecting the other trooper.
