I've played Nomads, Aleph, and JSA in the past but never delved into PanO until now.
Acquisition/FB: Konstantinos sucks. He's gonna be left hanging out there by himself and he's gonna have to face down your opponent's infiltrators who are all cheaper and better. There's 34 points saved. Make him the non infiltrator for OS link material or trade up to a TO combi OS. Joan's link choices are extremely limited so you're better off starting the link with her and the knights in order to clear out your opponent's orders. Everything in a Joan link list needs to be built around supporting the link so the EVO with TeamPro is a good choice. Joan is an OK datatracker. You seem like you wanna kill stuff with her and her frenzy is more a liability with the DT. If you're committed to the fightin' DT and the OS link you may consider a Father Knight. Supplies: Swap Konstantinos out with another TOFOOS. If you're committed to this loadout I recommend the changes below. Pathfinders are better than paramedic OSs and can deal with the camo this list will struggle mightily against. With this list you need to get into the midfield immediately and hold it. The big question here is what will you do if you go second. You have no ARO pieces and you don't want to risk the link that early. Konstantinos is a really good active turn hunter to kill other midfield skirmishers. But he now faces the nearly perfect competition of Dart, who is cheaper and better in the exact same role. I don't think he's a total waste (and I disagree that you can't keep him safe, you can actually use him as an effective lure into a trap for some enemy units) but I certainly don't see myself using him much anymore.
I actually really like the Black Friar Multi Rifle in MO now. once again, he's about the same points as non-infiltrating Konstantinos and a much much better OS link team toolkit. He's pretty well kitted to kill enemy skirmishers/WB which MO has trouble with.
