So resilience operation have the special common rule of 'Capturing tactical element'. Furthermore the book defines tactical elements as Beepers, Beacons, Objectives, Turrets and HVTs. This begs some gaminess in is it the intent that players can 'rearrange' the battlefield if they are willing to expend the orders to do so? It seems that you could do all kinds of hijinx using fast remotes to go get the HVTs and drag them back to where you want them, or even the big size 5 objectives. It has no size restrictions and remotes arent prohibited. Is this intentional or oversight on designers part?
But there is no rule or card that allows you to Capture an Objetive or a Turret. And you cannot do what you are not allowed to do.
