   Got a bit unclean situation:
   what happens to other unit's orders when Lt possessing Inspiring Leadership become Isolated? Will they be irregulars, as Loss of Lt states (omitting IL claims)?

   You follow the Loss of Lieutenant rules. The units become irregular at the beginning of your next active turn because Inspiring Leadership only works if the bearer is the Lieutenant.
