Answering forum question I found one thing. Activating camouflaged, Imperconated or holoecho state newer called a skill. It mentions in "Activation" sections of state only. Camouflage is absent in skill list in rulebook refference charts also? Does it really means that activating camouflaged, Imperconated or holoecho are not triggers ARO? And Holoecho L2 unit can recover his echoes not disclosure himself? Or impersonator can hide in mine trigger area? Also you can't do coordinated hiding since it's not a skill.
Declaring Camo/Impersonation/Holo activation still activates the model and thus provokes AROs. Also, you can't declare it while in enemy LoF, so those AROs will probably come to be by re-camoing in enemy Zone of Control. It also triggers mines, obviously. And since this means your model has to perfom ARM/BTS roll, the attempt is useless. You can also use Coordinated Order to re-camo
From the Camouflaged State: Camouflage may revert to the Camouflaged state by expending one Entire Order while outside enemy LoF. Emphasis mine, Entire Order is a type of skill. http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Structure_of_an_Order Entire Order Skills (or just Entire Order for short): These Skills employ one whole Order and cannot combine in any way
Stiopa covered it: It doesn't matter. AROs are generated by activating with an order, it doesn't matter what you did with that order.
